Form Wizard: View Forms

1.  Click the Form Wizard menu.  The Forms View page displays the following information:

Form title - the name of the form

Active flag - Yes indicates that the form is approved to be published on the web site
 
Public flag - Yes indicates that the form can be viewed by all web site users, both members and non-members

Save data - Yes indicates that the form data will be saved in the database

2.  To view the form details (header, form fields, status, options, ...), click on the form Title.

Note:  To view the data collected via a form, select the form name (in the Form Data section) then click View Data.
