Pages: Overview
Pages are similar to Articles in content authoring. However, you do not have to link a Page to a section. Pages may be used for information such as About Us, Company Background, and Contact Us. The Administrator may assign different access levels to different user groups to manage the Pages module.

Pages: View Pages
1. Click on the Pages menu. The Pages View window displays the following information:
Page Name - the name of the web page Title - the title of the page that will be displayed in the browser window Active - Yes indicates the content is approved for publishing on the web site
Public - Yes indicates the content can be seen by all web site visitors 2. To view page details, click on the page name. |

Pages: Add a Page
1. Click on the Pages menu.
2. Click the Add button on the toolbar. 3. In the Name box, type a filename for the page you want to create. 4. In the Title box, type a page title that will be displayed in the page title area of the web browser window. 5. Select Status options: Active (indicates approved content) and/or Public (can be seen by site visitors) 6. Type the page text in the Content Editor box. Use the toolbar buttons to format text and insert objects. 7. Click the Update button to save your changes (or click Cancel to cancel changes). |

Pages: Find a Page
1. Click on the Pages menu.
2. Type the page name (or part of it) in the search box next to the Find button. 3. Click the Find button. The search results are listed. 4. To view page details, click on the page name. |

Pages: Modify a Page
1. Click on the Pages menu. The Pages View page displays the Page Name, Title, Active status, and Public status.
2. Click on the Page name. 3. Make changes (e.g., Name, Title, Status, content). 4. To save changes, click the Update button. To cancel, click the Cancel button. |

Pages: Delete a Page
1. Click on the Pages menu.
2. Click in the check box next to the page you want to delete (a check mark indicates the page is selected). 3. Click the Delete button. 4. To confirm the deletion, click OK. To cancel the deletion, click Cancel. |
