Form Wizard: Delete a Form Field

1. Click on the Form Wizard menu.
2. Click on the form name that contains the field you want to delete.
3. Click the Edit Fields button.
4. Under the form field name which you want to delete, click Delete.
5. To confirm the deletion, click OK. To cancel the deletion, click Cancel.
