Form Wizard: Copy a Form

1. Click on the Form Wizard menu.
2. Select the form you want to copy.
3. Click the Copy button.
4. To confirm, click OK. A copy of the form is created. Example: A copy of the form "TEST" will be created as "TEST Copy".
